Terms and Conditions for Umrah Package

1. Pricing:

• All prices quoted are per person and include airfare (optional).
• Transportation for packages booked without Umrah visa through us is subject to availability.
• Peak season groups will have an additional surcharge of Rs.3000/ per person.

2. Luggage:

• Extra luggage, other than mentioned on the ticket, would be paid by the pilgrim.

3. Hotel Accommodations:

• Hotel distances may vary and are provided from the outer border of Haram Shareef & Masjid-E-Nabvi.
• Room allotment is as per hotel management; no room choice will be entertained.
• Rooms in Makkah & Madina Hotels follow the standard allocation: Double Room = 2 Normal Beds, Triple Room = 2 Normal Beds + 1 Extra Bed, Quad Room = 2 Normal Beds + 2 Extra Beds.

4. Refunds and Unused Services:

• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.

5. Individual Travel:

• If you travel individually other than group dates & flights, you will bear additional transportation charges as per your itinerary.

6. Liability:

• We are not responsible for any luggage losses, injuries, damages, accidents, and additional expenses due to any reason, including but not limited to flight delays, acts of God, deportation, umrah visa expiry, theft, and personal injuries.

7. Regulations:

• Services, itinerary, and prices are subject to Saudi and Indian Government regulations.
• Complimentary ZAM ZAM will be given only if accepted by the Airlines at the airport.

8. Requirements:

• Indian passport valid for at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages and 2 white background photographs of size 4x6cm.
• Pan card copy.
• Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate
